Cord Meyer Development LLC is actively seeking individuals interested in becoming Public Safety Officers at the Bay Terrace Shopping Center. Part time positions are available for all shifts. Part time officers are promoted from within.

Please note the following requirements:

  • New York State Security Guard License
  • New York State Driver’s License High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must speak fluent English
  • Candidates must be able to obtain Special Patrolman status through the New York City Police Department
  • All candidates are subject to thorough background check & screening
